Password Protect Directories

VPOP offers a Web interface to make it easy to password protect directories within your site to allow only certain visitors.

The first step to setting up password protected areas is to visit www.vpop.net/htaccess

1. Log In

Username:
Password:

2. Click through until you find the directory you want to protect.

3. Complete the fields to protect the directory

Full path to password file:
Directory Description:
New Username:
Password:
Confirm Password:

4. You're done!
